Cemetery & Parks Meeting

The meeting was opened at 7:01PM present were, Tubby Boucher, Roger Rrapoza and Pam Haman. John Barrett was unable to attend due to illness.
Guest:
Karen Clement was unable to attend the meeting regarding recycling containers.
Correspondence: none.
Bills and deeds were reviewed, approved and signed.
Superintendents Report:
Auction will be held on June 9, 2012. Preview of lights and post will be at 8:30AM with auction to follow at 9:00AM.
Bandstand Repairs - benches are being refurbished.
Town website- cemetery and park information will be on website as well as the rules and regulations, event calendar and pictures.
Organic Lawn Care- already being done by the department.
Memorial Day preparations are under way with the main push being the week before.
Other items:
The Commissioners’ asked Roger to check with the Town Administrator Andy Sheehan about having Dana be able to sign the payroll as the Foreman (part-time)
T Shirts will be purchased for department
Roger will purchase two line trimmers.
Roger explained the possible location of trees in the cemetery. The Commissioners’ tabled further discussion until the all members could attend.
Purchasing a new mower after July 1, 2012
Next meeting June 11, 2012 at 7PM.
